Ministry Objectives Child Care Meet the Pastor History	BBC first met as a group of believers in early 2001 as an outreach to workers in the US Embassy. During those first few months, the church moved from a member's apartment to a local hotel and finally moved one more time to its current location at the CTS Plaza Hotel on the 3rd Ring Road.
